We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Online Sales Representative to join our retail team. In this role, you will manage and drive online sales, assist customers through digital channels, and ensure a seamless e-commerce experience. You will play a key role in boosting online visibility and revenue while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, and other online platforms in a timely and professional manner. Manage the retail shop's online store including product listings, descriptions, pricing, and stock levels. Process online orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently. Upsell and cross-sell products through digital channels. Track sales performance, report on trends, and suggest improvements. Collaborate with the marketing team to support online promotions and campaigns. Monitor customer reviews and feedback, ensuring issues are addressed quickly. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Stay up to date with product knowledge and online sales tools.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in online sales, retail, or e-commerce preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail Familiarity with e-commerce platforms noon, Tiktok, Instagram and Facebook social media Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
