Job Description

For supporting and maintaining the company's IT & Intelligent Transportation Systems - ITS and for providing efficient support to all business users. The department is also responsible for resolving any IT- ITS related faults quickly and efficiently, including a broad range of queries from how to use the ITS applications to system diagnostics, training, plus enhancing and developing the IT provision extended within the Company Other Requirements Prepare documents, meeting materials and correspondence Perform basic administrative support duties as required to meet specific operational objectives Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the IT Manager provide IT support to users Work extra hours to meet deadlines, as required and where reasonable Provide assistance as required to the IT Manager Provide assistance and support to colleagues in IT/ITS System-related matters Ensure that a high level of user service and support is provided to all internal and external users of ITS Systems S*p*ecial Requirements Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the Company Handbook Additional responsibilities as requested by the IT Manager Flexible in working hours Hands-on experience in one or more databases including Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server. Experience with Intelligent Transportation Systems Application. Knowledge/experience with one or more Web Servers. Experience of Customization or creating reports from database servers. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree with a technical discipline 2-5 Years working Experience Experience working with Spend Management Solutions in a support role Experience in ITS Systems, AVL Systems ( GPS ), AFC System( Ticket machines), Planning System (Duty scheduling and planning ) is preferred Knowledge of development and Customization of database reports will be an advantage Valid UAE Driving License will be an added advantage Available for immediate joining Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
