The Role: We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Desktop Support Engineer to service our Mac and Windows-based workstations. This position is an essential part of our Office Support team and ensures our staff receives the help they need with their computer equipment. You must have at least 3+ years of experience providing Mac and Windows PC support and know how to troubleshoot quickly and efficiently. Requirements and skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer / Technical Support Engineer.
  • Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS, knowledge of computer systems and their peripherals such as a printer, scanner, etc.
  • Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.
  • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions to the end users.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing the best solutions to their queries.
  • Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware and accessories etc.

Skills & Abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and client.
  • Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
  • Proficiency in MS office, Outlook, O365 / Email services.
  • Females preferred
