Job Description

We are an IT Services & Solutions Company based in Salam Street, Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities:

  • Provide ONSITE support to clients as per scheduled by the support department.
  • Provide Support to client's computer systems (Desktops/Laptops/Network & WiFi).
  • Responding to the client's IT support requests.
  • Diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
  • Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
  • Tracking, managing & compiling job reports.
  • Updating Help Desk System with proper information.
  • Preparing BOQ/SOW & reports after a site visit.
  • Checking for other opportunities when onsite.
  • Understand & resolve customer requirements/issues and close tickets within time.
  • Maintaining good client relations & ensure a high level of Client satisfaction.
  • Increase Company reputation with quality on-time support & services.
Required Technical Skills :
  • Min 4 years of IT Support Experience in similar job role.
  • configuring, installing and troubleshooting - Desktops/laptops/networks.
  • Knowledge & Experience in cabling, patching, network tracing & crimping.
  • Configuring, troubleshooting - Windows Servers.
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP.
  • Configuring & Maintain basic Routers & Switches.
  • Configuring, installing and troubleshooting - Backup systems & NAS devices.
Required General Skills :
  • Capacity to work well on your own or in a team.
  • Ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively.
  • Good Command over English Language is a must.
  • Excellent phone & email communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of performance and commitment
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to hit deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Excellent professional image & should be presentable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Experience:
  • IT Support: 3 years (Required)
  • Desktop/Laptop Support & Troubleshooting: 3 years (Required)
  • Backup systems & NAS devices: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Windows Server Support: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Network Support: 2 years (Required)
  • Help Desk Ticketing System: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Network Cable tracing/crimping: 2 years (Preferred)
