Customer Communication: Ability to handle technical queries professionally through chat, email, or calls -- ensuring clear and solution-driven responses.
Technical Troubleshooting: Skilled in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving software or integration issues quickly and effectively.
Documentation: Maintain accurate logs, FAQs, and internal knowledge bases for faster issue resolution.
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor's degree required
Minimum 2 years experience in IT Technical Support is required
Should be available in Dubai for interview
