We are a leading software solutions company based in Dubai, currently seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy IT Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing professional, responsive, and high-quality support to clients using our software products.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person Provide software training and walkthroughs to clients Resolve technical issues and provide effective IT troubleshooting Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and courteous support Document support activities and client feedback for internal use

Candidate Requirements:



Male candidates from Kerala are preferred 1-2 years of experience in IT or software customer support Strong understanding of IT support processes and tools Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics & Communication Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Quick learner, with a proactive approach to technical challenges Holding a valid UAE driving license is a plus
