Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient

IT Infrastructure & Security Specialist

to support and optimize our internal IT environment. This role plays a key part in enhancing infrastructure security, deploying enterprise controls, and delivering day-to-day operational support in collaboration with our internal teams. The ideal candidate will lead security tool implementations, manage endpoint compliance, support trusted network enhancements, and ensure smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Take end-to-end ownership of the deployment, optimization, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and security tools. Provide day-to-day IT support, including user onboarding, software installation, patch management, and troubleshooting. Deploy and manage enterprise-level IT and security solutions such as Netskope, Proofpoint, Endpoint Central, Intune, Acronis, and other related platforms. Lead initiatives to implement and maintain secure network segmentation, endpoint protection, and Microsoft 365 policy enhancements. Support the rollout, monitoring, and compliance of mobile device management (MDM) using Microsoft Intune. Collaborate with TLS project leads to execute cybersecurity initiatives and infrastructure enhancements. Maintain comprehensive documentation including IT asset records, network diagrams, configuration files, SOPs, change logs, and policy documents. Ensure seamless communication and coordination with internal teams and third-party vendors for task alignment and issue escalation. Identify, implement, and manage IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and associated tools. Provide daily reports on activities, completed tasks, and system status.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven hands-on experience with enterprise-grade IT platforms including Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows OS, Endpoint Central, Fortinet, Netskope, Proofpoint, Acronis, and Intune. Solid understanding of firewall and switch configurations, with the ability to review and enhance network architecture. Experience creating and tuning email security rules and data loss prevention (DLP) policies across cloud-based services. Background in supporting mid-to-large enterprise environments in compliance with IT governance and security standards. Excellent analytical, documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
