: As an IT Support Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining our company\xe2\x80\x99s IT infrastructure, supporting end-users, and ensuring that technology-related issues are resolved promptly. You will work in a dynamic environment with a talented IT team, and your technical expertise will be essential for the continued success of our organization. Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
Set up and troubleshoot user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems, ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions.
Monitor and maintain network systems, servers, and other IT infrastructure components.
Assist with the planning and implementation of IT projects, including system upgrades and deployments.
Collaborate with team members to create and maintain documentation, knowledge bases, and standard operating procedures.
Respond to service requests and help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or in a similar technical support role.
