Puffy is looking for a talented IT Technician or IT Support Technician to support the Puffy team with any IT Technical issues. This person will maintain the computer and network systems of our organization. Your duties will include troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues, setting up computer networks, and assisting employees and customers with IT-related problems.

What you\'ll be doing
- Serving as the first person point of contact for IT support within the company
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of computers and network systems
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Should be able to install and support printer and copier problems
- Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
- Installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software
- Supporting people whenever they face issues with computers and network devices
Ideally you\'ll have
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
- 2+ years of experience working in this field
- Cisco Certified Technician (CCT)
- Proven work experience in IT support or IT technician roles
- Associate degree or advanced apprenticeship in Computer Science or relevant disciplines
- In-depth knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux and UNIX operating systems
- Practical experience with internet and network security protocols
- Problem-solving skills
- Technical documentation skills
- Organisational and interpersonal skills
