Job Summary: Looking for an IT Support Technician in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience

Possess a Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related course
Should have several years of experience in the same field
Must have a strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and software applications
Must be familiar with networking concepts, protocols, as well as troubleshooting techniques
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
