Comply with all the relevant policies and procedures of client Integrated Management Systems .
Accountability

Act as the first point of contact for end-users, handling IT related incidents and service

requests via phone, email, or ITSM portal, ensuring timely resolution and high customer

satisfaction.

Perform basic administration tasks for Microsoft 365 environments, including user account

setup, password resets, and access management under supervision.

Assist in monitoring and maintaining server hardware and virtual environments, reporting

issues to senior administrators.

Support the deployment of software updates and patches, ensuring compliance with clients



Patch Management policies.

Document all incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the ITSM platform, maintaining

accurate records for audit and trend analysis.

Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 support or the IT System Administrator, providing

detailed documentation to facilitate quick resolution.

Assist in maintaining IT inventory records, including hardware and software assets, under the

guidance of senior team members.

Provide basic user training and guidance on Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint

Online) and SAP RISE access to enhance end-user proficiency.

Support IT infrastructure projects by performing assigned tasks, such as hardware setup or

software installations, as directed.

Adhere to clients cybersecurity policies, ensuring secure handling of user data and

compliance with ISO 27001 standards.

Qualification



Diploma in Information Technology or related field . 2-4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles . Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and basic system administration preferred . * CompTIA A+ certification required; Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification is a plus .
