- Provide comprehensive account support for various software applications such as Slack, Google Workspace, Office, and Zoom.
- Offer hardware support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to laptops, printers, VOIP systems, and other peripheral devices.
- Implement and maintain basic CRM systems, ensuring effective data management and user support.
- Assist in managing and enforcing basic security processes, including password management, user access control, and adherence to cybersecurity protocols.
- Create and maintain technical documentation such as user guides and standard operating procedures, and collaborate with tech teams to analyze and improve existing IT infrastructure and processes.
