We are seeking IT Support Specialists to join our talented team in Jeddah.
In this role, you will assist with upgrades, troubleshooting and fixes, and provide L1 support—as needed. From day one, you’ll have an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of our IT operations, and an ongoing impact on our overall growth. Role responsibilities:
Installing and configuring computer hardware, Operating System, software systems, networks, printers and scanners.
Assisting with installation and configuration of Microsoft Operating Systems, installing and upgrading antivirus software to ensure security at the user level.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Troubleshooting system and network problems.
Providing analytical and IT technical support to end users.
Responding to end user IT questions and troubleshooting standard IT issues, questions, problems and failures with hardware, software or workstations remotely, via telephone, email or Instant Messenger.
Perform workstation configurations.
Following Company policies, procedures and standards in responding to end user requests.
Role qualifications:
Good knowledge about domain Active directory, DHCP and DNS.
Fluent in Arabic, both verbal and written.
