Providing technical support: Assisting users with hardware and software issues, troubleshooting problems, and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
System administration: Managing and maintaining computer systems, networks, servers, and other IT infrastructure components. This includes installing and configuring software and hardware, monitoring system performance, and ensuring data backups are performed regularly.
User account management: Creating and managing user accounts, permissions, and access levels. This involves setting up new accounts, modifying existing accounts, and ensuring proper security measures are in place.
Help desk support: Responding to user inquiries and providing technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person. This may involve diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues, guiding users through troubleshooting steps, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support if necessary.
IT documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, procedures, and configurations. This includes creating user guides, knowledge base articles, and system documentation for reference purposes.
IT asset management: Tracking and managing IT assets, such as computers, software licenses, and peripherals. This involves inventory management, procurement, and ensuring proper disposal or recycling of outdated equipment.
Security and data protection: Implementing and enforcing security measures to protect systems and data from unauthorized access or breaches. This includes monitoring for potential security threats, applying patches and updates, and educating users on best practices for data protection.
What makes you great
Minimum 3 year Degree in related field or equivalent.
Advanced systems/networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and Active Directory.
1-2 years practical experience in IT.
Knowledge of ERP system
Excellent Knowledge of MS Office/Windows
Excellent computer skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic Project Management & Process management skills.
Ability and willingness to learn new programs/ functions quickly.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
High level of energy.
