- Maintain servers and workstations including adding/removing users and permissions through Active Directory.
- Install operating systems, drivers, software patches, and other PC peripherals.
- Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
- Configure and troubleshoot local / network printers, scanners, and POS.
- Responsible for maintaining password policy, Antivirus systems and backups systems.
- Manage CCTV cameras, DVR configuration, and set up remote access.
- Makes recommendations for new equipment and services to purchase.
- Liaise with ISP’s & suppliers of IT services.
- Very good command of English.
- Ability to respond to emergencies.
- High professional communication skills at all levels.
