Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular maintenance on phone systems, computer systems, printers, networks, and other equipment.
Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technology issues to maintain smooth business operations.
Implement new technology, including operating systems, software, hardware, and desktops.
Manage new employee accounts, email addresses, and access levels for efficient work.
Implement regular backups and run security checks to protect against cyber threats.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, information technology or similar.
Minimum 2 years of professional IT work experience.
Expertise in various computer operating systems, including Windows, Mac, and Linux.
Strong understanding of troubleshooting for internet connectivity, phone systems, network systems, and other office technology.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
