Provide first-line technical support to staff (hardware, software, and network issues).
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
Ensure system security, perform regular updates, and maintain backups.
Manage user accounts, email, and access permissions.
Document IT processes, support tickets, and solutions for future reference.
Reporting & Data Management Duties:
Design, create, and maintain
reports and dashboards
using Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, Power Query, Power Pivot).
Build and manage databases and reporting tools in
Microsoft Access
and other BI/reporting platforms.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support business decision-making.
Automate recurring reporting tasks to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with management and departments to identify reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of data
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
.
Proven experience in
IT support
(hardware, software, networking).
Strong expertise in
Microsoft Excel
(VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros, Power Query).
Proficiency in
Microsoft Access
(database design, queries, reports).
Familiarity with other reporting tools (Power BI, Crystal Reports, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
