Job Summary

We are a growing travel and tourism company seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist / Website Developer to manage our IT systems and ensure our online presence is professional, functional, and customer-friendly. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, developing engaging digital experiences for our clients, and executing digital marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support & Infrastructure

Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues. Set up, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and office network equipment. Implement data backup solutions and IT security measures. Create and maintain clear documentation of systems, processes, and configurations. Manage web hosting, DNS, SSL certificates, and server security.
Website Development & Maintenance

Develop, maintain, and update the company website, including travel packages, booking forms, and promotions. Integrate online booking engines, payment gateways, and CRM tools. Ensure the website is optimized for search engines (SEO) and provides an excellent user experience across devices. Troubleshoot website performance issues and resolve technical problems promptly.
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search engines, and email. Optimize website performance using SEO and SEM techniques to improve search rankings. Manage content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, and landing pages. Oversee PPC campaigns and manage online advertising budgets. Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tracking tools, making data-driven improvements.
CRM Management

Administer and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Fresh sales). Implement automation workflows to enhance lead generation and customer retention. Ensure proper data entry, segmentation, and reporting in the CRM. Integrate CRM systems with other marketing tools and platforms.
Email, SMS, and WhatsApp Marketing

Design and execute email marketing campaigns with high deliverability and engagement. Set up email automation workflows for lead nurturing and retention. Monitor and optimize campaign performance. Manage SMS and WhatsApp marketing initiatives.
Social Media & Online Presence

Manage and grow company social media accounts by creating engaging content. Run paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Engage with online communities and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing and server administration. Experience providing IT support in a business environment. Proven website development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress or similar CMS). Strong knowledge of Linux server environments (Ubuntu, CentOS, Alma Linux). Experience with web hosting, DNS management, SSL configuration, and security best practices. Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, SEM, and email marketing tools. Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Fresh sales, etc.). Familiarity with e-commerce and online booking systems (especially relevant to travel). Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and time management skills.
Preferred Qualification

Experience in the travel and tourism industry. Familiarity with travel CRM systems. Basic graphic design skills for banners and web content.
