Job Summary:

Metaform Industries LLC is seeking a highly skilled

IT Specialist

with expertise in

Oracle ERP implementation and support

, specifically within the

manufacturing industry

. The role involves leading Oracle system deployment, customizing modules to suit operational and production workflows, and ensuring seamless IT support across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of

Oracle ERP modules

relevant to manufacturing (Inventory, Production, Procurement, BOM, Quality, Finance, etc.). Design and optimize system workflows that align with production operations, procurement, and inventory control. Serve as the primary point of contact for all Oracle-related issues, troubleshooting, and enhancements. Collaborate with internal departments (production, finance, planning) to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle solutions. Manage and maintain system integrity, access controls, backups, and user privileges. Provide training and technical support to end-users, including documentation and user manuals. Work with external Oracle vendors/consultants for advanced support and upgrades. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability. Ensure system compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 5-7 years of experience in

Oracle ERP implementation and support

, preferably in a

manufacturing or industrial environment

. Strong knowledge of Oracle modules such as

Oracle E-Business Suite

or

Oracle Fusion

(Cloud). Proven experience in

system design

,

functional configuration

, and

support for production and supply chain systems

. Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle development tools is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
