Job Description

We are looking for a results-oriented and hands-on

IT Specialist

to support our growing hospitality brands -- Masso, Orangery, Circa, Lyra, and the Palmyard Hotel.

This is a key role where you will ensure smooth, secure, and efficient IT operations across both our boutique hotel and award-winning restaurants.

What We are Looking For:

Proven experience in IT support and systems management (hospitality sector experience mandatory) Strong knowledge of networks, hardware, software, and troubleshooting Ability to manage security protocols, data backups, and system upgrades A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and organizational skills Team-oriented mindset with the ability to train and support staff on IT systems
