to support, maintain, and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. This role will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure smooth operation, troubleshoot issues, and implement system improvements across Dynamics 365 modules such as Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, or Business Central.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support and administration for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (CRM and/or ERP). and implementation.. Training support to staff
Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, user roles, security permissions, and integrations.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and resolve technical issues.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system changes or enhancements.
Assist with data import/export, cleansing, and maintenance tasks using tools like Excel and Data Management Framework.
Support updates, patches, and release management for Dynamics 365 and related systems.
Coordinate with third-party vendors or consultants when needed for escalated issues or advanced configurations.
Document IT procedures, system configurations, and user guides related to Dynamics 365 usage.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (any module).
Familiarity with system administration tasks within Dynamics 365
Experience supporting end-users and resolving Dynamics 365 tickets/issues.
Basic understanding of business processes (finance, sales, customer service, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
