Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot company networks, hardware, and system infrastructure.
Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures are in place.
Oversee, configure, and support the company's CRM system to optimize business operations.
Provide technical support to staff and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.
Coordinate with external vendors for IT solutions, upgrades, and maintenance.
Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of
3-5 years' experience
in network/system administration.
Strong hands-on experience in CRM management and supervision.
Knowledge of hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Familiar with IT security protocols, firewalls, and backup systems.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
