To enhance our digital presence and streamline our technology operations, we are seeking a skilled Web Developer & IT Specialist who can manage website development and handle our Zoho integrations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development & Management:

Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly, responsive websites with strong UI/UX principles.
Manage both front-end and back-end development using modern web technologies.
Implement and manage integrations between website forms, databases, and third-party applications.
Ensure the website is secure, up-to-date, fast-loading, and SEO optimized.
Regularly update course pages, landing pages, and website content in coordination with the marketing team.

Zoho CRM & Application Integrations:

Manage, configure, and integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho apps like Books, Invoices, Campaigns, Forms, and Creator.
Connect website front-end and back-end forms and data with Zoho CRM for seamless lead capture and customer journey tracking.
Automate workflows, create custom functions, and ensure real-time data syncing across all Zoho applications.
Generate reports and dashboards from Zoho CRM to support business decision-making.

IT Support & Infrastructure:
Provide day-to-day IT support for the team, including troubleshooting basic hardware/software issues.
Ensure data security, backups, and smooth functioning of the IT infrastructure.
Collaborate with internal teams for technical support during webinars, online training,or events.

Requirements:

Proven experience in web design and development (portfolio required).
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and relevant web development frameworks.
Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end systems (e.g., Node.js, Laravel) is a plus.
Solid knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design best practices.
Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications (Books, Invoices, Campaigns, etc.).
Ability to manage and integrate APIs between websites and third-party systems.
Familiarity with database management, DNS, hosting, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Knowledge of security best practices for both IT and web development.
