Job Title IT Senior Functional Analyst

Description

We are looking for five (5) experienced Functional Senior Analysts who will be responsible for assisting in the design, delivery, and improvement of Applications, Systems, or ERP modules. Reporting to the Technology Manager, this role will have the following other responsibilities:Document and maintain Knowledge database to share experience and knowledge with team members to enhance efficiency and reduce single person dependenceCoordinate work tasks with Customer, team members, and Product Vendors to perform the tasks assigned efficiently in Timely mannerAnalyze business needs and conceptualizes solutions to meet and exceed customer expectationsPlan and implement ERP modules and / or additional functionalities in the areas of Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Projects and othersAssess the feasibility of adopting new modules, features and functionalitiesParticipate in committees responsible for upgrading or implementing new solutions and improving processesFormulate functional and technical requirements/specifications in coordination with business ownersIdentify and document system deficiencies and recommends solutionsProvide internal consultancy for the Managers regarding solutions or business process improvement opportunitiesParticipate/carry out software maintenance and updating the Information System in a timely manner when requestedRequirementsTo be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:EducationDegree: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business field or equivalentPreferable professional certifications: Product Certification in SAP like FI/CO, MM etc.Experience7+ of Information Technology experience3+ years of relevant working experienceShould be able to work independently as well as in team. Must possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
