To be primary custodians of SAP business process groups by visualizing, recommending, designing, delivering and deploying major process introductions or changes. Ensuring business continuity by adequate documentation and training to personnel for critical processes. Requirement :
Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below: Should be holding Bachelor's degree in I.T / Computer Science. Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors / HCM. Should have experience on SuccessFactors Employee Central Module Good knowledge on SF Employee Central Payroll 3-4 Implementation experience in SAP HCM 1 Implementation experience in SuccessFactors EC and ECP Good Localization experience in SF ECP and SAP HCM Hands on Configuration and support experience Working experience with integration of SF with on premise HCM Problem solving abilities. Good influencing and communicating skills Ability to interact with persons from widely different nationalities and cultures.
