The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the industry, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Valid UAE driving license and vehicle is a must. Essential Job Functions:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, managing various sales cycle demands effectively.
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing the teams strengths and weaknesses
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while continuously educating customers about products, pricing, and market differentiators.
Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth.
Analyze market data for potential opportunities and adapt strategies as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring departmental alignment and synergy.
Introduce process improvements and innovative technologies to the sales process.
Participate in sales negotiations and contribute to deal closings.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
