Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team with 7+ years experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the industry, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Valid UAE driving license and vehicle is a must.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, managing various sales cycle demands effectively.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing the teams strengths and weaknesses
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while continuously educating customers about products, pricing, and market differentiators.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Analyze market data for potential opportunities and adapt strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring departmental alignment and synergy.
  • Introduce process improvements and innovative technologies to the sales process.
  • Participate in sales negotiations and contribute to deal closings.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
Offered Pay Range: AED 10,000- AED 12,000 ( Excluding Target based Incentives)
