What You'll Do:
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to grow accounts, nurturing and expanding our customer relationships, driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should possess 5-6 years local UAE experience in key account management for IT Sales, managing large enterprise accounts portfolios, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs, industry dynamics, and the ability to strategize for long-term partnerships.
Roles and Responsibility:
Acquire the enterprise accounts, local accounts and large account portfolios
> Responsible for selling SI solutions (Hardware & Software), Networking Sales (Active & Passive) and Cyber Security Sales
> Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
> Prospecting to acquire new account for lead generations.
> Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes.
> Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
> Revenue Growth: Develop and implement account strategies to maximize revenue and upsell additional products or services.
Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling.
> Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and align our products/services to meet those goals.
Develop strategic account plans to achieve long-term success and increased account value.
> Communication: Effectively communicate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, new offerings, and industry insights.
> Problem Resolution: Address client concerns promptly and work collaboratively with internal teams to find effective solutions.
Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventive measures
