Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT market.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Manage and mentor a team of IT sales representatives, providing training and support to achieve individual and team objectives.
Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions, including hardware, software, cloud services, and managed services.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Sales Manager or similar role in IT sales.
Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Experience in setting, tracking, and achieving sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
