About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven

IT Sales Manager

to lead sales efforts for our IT solutions and services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B IT sales, a solid network of decision-makers, and the ability to understand client needs and position the right technology solutions.

This role involves both strategy and execution--identifying opportunities, closing high-value deals, and building long-term client relationships across sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies for IT services Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and partnerships Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT heads, procurement, and decision-makers Prepare customized proposals, technical presentations, and negotiate contract terms Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing and after-sales support coordination Achieve revenue targets and maintain healthy sales pipelines in CRM Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver client-specific solutions Stay updated on market trends, competition, and emerging technologies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in B2B IT sales (preferably in UAE/GCC market) Strong understanding of technology sales, including SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to understand technical offerings and translate them into business value Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office UAE driving license preferred

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
