We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of our IT solutions, software, and services. This role requires a deep understanding of IT products, market trends, and a strong ability to present and sell technical solutions to corporate clients.
Job Summary:
As an
IT Sales Manager
, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue by identifying, pursuing, and securing business opportunities. You'll work closely with both technical teams and corporate clients to offer tailored solutions that meet specific business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed individual and team targets.
Prospect and generate leads through various channels (networking, cold calling, referrals, etc.).
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate IT solutions, including software, cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecast revenue using CRM tools.
Keep up with IT trends and market developments to ensure a competitive edge.
Collaborate with pre-sales engineers to ensure customer requirements are fully met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B IT sales within the UAE or GCC region.
Deep understanding of IT solutions such as M365, Azure, cybersecurity tools, and managed services.
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience selling to mid- to large-sized enterprises and engaging with C-level decision-makers.
Proficiency with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
A solid client network in the UAE IT market.
Technical certifications or background in Microsoft, Fortinet, Cisco, etc.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
