Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for IT and technical roles using job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
Schedule interviews and maintain consistent follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update the recruitment database; generate weekly reports as required.
Support recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and mass hiring drives as needed.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and professionally represent the company at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
Familiarity with sourcing tools and job portals (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Gulf, Bayt, Indeed, etc.).
Basic understanding of IT roles such as developers, testers, system administrators, etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Must be currently based in the UAE
