Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

IT Recruiter

to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT professionals for a variety of technical roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and help build a strong technical workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs and job requirements. Write and post detailed job descriptions on relevant platforms. Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other creative channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS). Manage the recruitment process from candidate identification through offer negotiation and onboarding. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
Requirements:

3-5 Years

working experience in recruitment specifically in IT recruitment

Bachelor's degree in human resources

, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

(required)

. Strong knowledge of

IT roles and technologies

(e.g., software development, systems engineering, cloud platforms, cybersecurity). Experience recruiting for a variety of

tech stacks and IT domains

. Knowledge of

Qatar Labor Law

Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
