About the Role:



We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

IT Recruitment Consultant

to join our remote recruitment delivery team, with a primary focus on sourcing top-tier tech talent for clients across the

Middle East

, especially the UAE.

The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and a good understanding of UAE employment tax structures, visa categories, and labor laws, especially for contract staffing or outsourced deployments.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, onboarding Source and attract qualified IT candidates through job boards, social media (LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, Bayt), Boolean search, and internal databases Support contract and permanent IT staffing across sectors like BFSI, Government, Oil & Gas, and Telecom in the GCC region Understand and apply UAE labor law, salary structuring (CTC, fixed, variable), and end-of-service benefits (gratuity) Provide input on visa processing, especially employment visas, freelance permits, and contractor compliance Coordinate with hiring managers and client teams to ensure alignment on skill requirements, timelines, and recruitment targets Maintain high candidate engagement and ensure a seamless experience throughout the process Keep updated on market salary trends, visa regulations, and Emiratization/Nitaqat guidelines (where applicable)

Key Requirements:



3-5 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience, preferably for Middle East or Gulf clients Deep understanding of UAE tax terms, including: Salary structuring (Basic, HRA, Allowances) End-of-service benefits (Gratuity, EOSB) Knowledge of zero income tax environment and how that impacts salary negotiations Experience working with multinational companies, government entities, or IT service providers in the GCC Familiarity with UAE visa types (employment visa, investor visa, golden visa, etc.) Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills Proficient in using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
