Rocky Real Estate is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy

IT & Property Portal Operations Executive

to manage, optimize, and elevate our online property presence across multiple real estate platforms. This role is essential for ensuring accurate, high-quality, and timely property listings while supporting the company's IT operations and digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update property listings on all major real estate portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, company website). Upload property images, descriptions, prices, availability, and ensure all data is accurate and consistent across platforms. Monitor performance of online listings and suggest improvements to maximize lead generation. Coordinate with agents and the marketing team to collect property details, photos, videos, and required documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve listing errors, portal issues, or system bugs. Maintain digital assets including photos, floor plans, and media folders. Support basic IT operations such as email setup, hardware/software troubleshooting, network support, and system updates. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards for all online property content. Generate weekly and monthly reports on portal performance and listing activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or related field (preferred). Previous experience in real estate portals or IT support is a strong advantage. Strong understanding of digital platforms, CMS systems, and online listing tools. Basic IT troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, networking).
