Operations Executive - INSPIRENTALS

INSPIRENTALS is one of the leading furnished apartment operators in the Abu Dhabi market, leveraging leading global channel platforms like Airbnb or Booking.com. INSPIRENTALS is on the mission to contribute to the dynamic growth of Abu Dhabi residential real estate rental market by leveraging its experience from other cities in Europe and the UAE and an attitude of excellence. We are here to support busy corporate professionals and freelancers, as well as other guests and tourists in their journey to discover and / or be a part of Abu Dhabi success story. On the other side of the equation, we support landlords, taking care of all the rental hassle as well as providing exceptional oversight, flexibility and enhanced investment returns.

We are playing in the market niche for high-standard fully equipped and furnished apartments in Abu Dhabi, focusing on corporate short-term and mid-term guests, as well as peak season tourist focusing on Formula 1, New Year's Eve and other sport and cultural events. Our careful preparation of the apartments, operational excellence and unparalleled customer level of service help us in creating wonderful experiences for our busy guests. To make it happen, we also apply best practices from other markets, modern but practical designs and cutting-edge smart home solutions. We are professionals, landlords and investors ourselves, hence it's easy for us to develop long-term trust-based partnerships with landlords whose properties we manage as well as wider network of stakeholders like real estate agents, designers, direct channel referral network and corporate partners.

INSPIRENTALS team is growing and we're looking for a well-versed A-players who want to grow with the best in the industry. We're looking to fill vacancies for multiple roles. One of the key hires is Operations Executive.

Operations Executive is a field employee who is always very proactive, likes to create an impact and is always solution-oriented. He or she is very resourceful, immediate to answer and is not intimated by difficult guests and uncommon situations. In fact, the ideal candidate thrives in challenging situations. The role is ideal for a candidate that has strong operations experience with some customer facing exposure in a small-medium, non-highly hierarchical organization that would like to be part of a modern hospitality revolution.

Job profile:

Assure properties are 100% guest ready Run a pre-emptive maintenance calendar and checks (e.g. AC, pest control, carpets and sofas, smart lock batteries) Be the first point of contact in case of apartment's malfunction Coordinate suppliers and external stakeholders Oversee, assist or run regular maintenance work and emergency interventions Report and submit claims in case of any apartment damage Support new units onboarding (e.g. technology set-up, procurement, photo shoot preparation) Procure items during onboarding (e.g. furniture) Run thorough checklists and sign-off on apartments renovation and readiness handover protocols Procure and manage stock related to ongoing operations (e.g. coffee, tissues) Manage company mini-warehouse Assist in stakeholders visits to the apartments (e.g. owners, real estate agents, maintenance, suppliers) Occasionally, assist guests in person, meet and greet VIP guests, collect cash, etc. Occasionally, roll up sleeves and secure apartment's timely availability Create tools and systems supporting work efficiency (e.g. manuals, checklists, workflows) Manage apartment information and upload to relevant folders Support other functions to accelerate business growth 6 days working week with rare possibility for early morning/ late evening, as needed Permanent presence in Abu Dhabi 80% on-site time (e.g. renovated/onboarded properties, live properties, suppliers, government entities) and 20% remote from own home

Prior holiday homes / hospitality / customer service / quality control / operations / housekeeping / handyman experience Command of typical short-term rental / holiday home software and systems (Property Management System, Pricing Tool, etc.) Command of typical short-term rental / holiday home channels (Online Travel Agency like Airbnb, Classifieds like Property Finder, etc.) Woking experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Jira, Breezeway) Interest in DIY, handyman's work and smart home technology Own mean of transportation as traveling to site/client visits may be required on short notice Own visa Immediate availability to join Command of language other than English that is wildly spoken in the UAE
