- IT & OTA Listing Management Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reports to: General Manager
Role Overview
The IT & Listing Management Executive will be responsible for managing the company's online presence across OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.), ensuring seamless property listing quality, integrating and maintaining property management systems (PMS), and providing IT support across all devices and systems used by the team. This role is a mix of technical IT support and commercial listing management to ensure smooth operations and maximum online visibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. OTA & Listing Management
Create, update, and optimize property listings across all OTAs and company website.
Ensure high-quality content (photos, descriptions, amenities) to maintain listing standards.
Manage promotions, discounts, and seasonal pricing updates in coordination with the reservations/revenue team.
Monitor listing performance (views, bookings, rankings) and implement improvements.
Ensure compliance with OTA policies and guidelines.
2. Software Implementation & Integration
Manage PMS (e.g., Hostaway) and ensure integration with OTAs, accounting, and guest apps.
Implement and configure new software tools for reservations, guest check-in, and automation.
Troubleshoot PMS/OTA sync issues (rates, availability, bookings).
Coordinate with external vendors (Duve, Chekin, smart locks, IVR system, etc.).
3. IT & Technical Support
Setup and maintain office IT infrastructure (PCs, laptops, phones, routers, printers).
Install and maintain security cameras, smart devices, and IoT systems in apartments.
Ensure smooth functioning of internet connections and internal communication systems.
Provide day-to-day IT support to staff (emails, software logins, hardware issues).
Maintain an inventory of electronics and IT-related equipment.
4. Move-In / Move-Out Permit & Compliance
Apply for and manage move-in/move-out permits with building managements (Emaar, DAMAC, etc.).
Coordinate with operations team for timely approvals and documentation.
Keep updated records of all permits issued and ensure compliance.
5. Reporting & Quality Control
Generate regular reports on listing performance, OTA ranking, and occupancy trends.
Provide IT maintenance reports (camera checks, system uptime, issue logs).
Ensure high listing quality by periodically reviewing online presence and suggesting improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in IT support and/or OTA listing management (hospitality preferred).
Strong knowledge of PMS (Hostaway, Guesty, etc.) and OTA platforms.
Technical knowledge in hardware setup, networking, and troubleshooting.
Familiar with Dubai property move-in/move-out permit procedures.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask across technical and operational functions.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
OTA Listing Quality Score (ranking, content completeness).
IT System Uptime (CCTV, PCs, phones).
PMS/OTA Sync Accuracy (zero discrepancies).
Permit Approval Timeliness (applications submitted before deadlines).
Response Time for IT troubleshooting
