Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager from an external vendor to operate as an extension of our internal IT team. This role will be embedded within the business to lead and coordinate the implementation of key technology initiatives, ensuring alignment between business needs and IT delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong cross-functional leadership skills and hands-on experience managing diverse projects across business applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.



RESPONSIBILITIES


Business Applications Implementation (80%) Coordinate with internal IT and vendors on: Lead end-to-end project delivery for: IT Helpdesk transformation Digital Asset Management system rollout
EComm:

UAT coordination Data reconciliation Stakeholder alignment and communication Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, define scope, and manage timelines Ensure proper documentation, training, and change management support for each initiative
Infrastructure & Cybersecurity (10%)

Coordinate with internal IT and vendors on: Infrastructure queries and escalations Cybersecurity renewal and Support compliance and risk mitigation efforts across active projects
Miscellaneous (10%)

Provide ad hoc support for IT-business alignment activities Assist in vendor management, purchase orders, reporting, and cross-team coordination Contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing across teams

Requirements






Proven experience in project management within IT/business environments Strong understanding of Ecommerce platforms, ITSM tools, and digital asset workflows Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and infrastructure basics Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Personal responsibility and accountability Business political maturity Excellent conflict resolution skills Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, and creative skills
