Responsibilities
- Lead the full cycle of CRM/ERP implementation projects (planning, execution, delivery).
- Translate business needs into system requirements and workflows.
- Manage vendors, developers, and internal teams to meet project deadlines.
- Customize CRM/ERP systems and ensure smooth integration with existing processes.
- Provide training and support for staff on new systems.
- Monitor system performance and continuously optimize workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
