The Job title - IT Project Manager OR Project Manager - ERP Implementation OR PMO Lead - IT
Our client, one of the leading semi -govt conglomerate into diverse businesses, is looking to hire an IT Implementation Project Manager - to lead the planning and execution of technology initiatives that drive business transformation, primarily focused on real estate, manufacturing, and operations.
The Ideal candidate must have implemented multiple ERP's (Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamic 365, salesforce, Yardi) with different Modules like Finance, HR, supply chain management...etc, who handles business applications preferable oracle fusion.
Budget - AED 25K - 30K
Purpose:
The role involves managing end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications, DevOps initiatives, and digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between IT and business, ensuring that technology solutions align with strategic goals and deliver measurable business value.

• Lead and manage IT projects related to ERP systems (Oracle Fusion), CRM, property management platforms, DevOps, and business process automation.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives across real estate and manufacturing domains, focusing on operational efficiency and enhanced user experience.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and work closely with business users and technical teams.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, finance, and external consultants.
• Oversee system implementations, integrations, data migrations, and change management activities.
• Implement Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models depending on project needs.
• Monitor project KPIs and report on progress, risks, and performance to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Coordinate with software vendors, system integrators, and managed service providers.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) is preferred.

• 10 to 15 years of project management experience.
• Proven experience in delivering business applications (ERP, CRM, HRMS, etc.), Real Estate Application projects implementation and digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and enterprise integration.
• Understanding of real estate operations (leasing, property management, asset management) and manufacturing processes (supply chain, production, quality control).
• Preference will be given to candidates who have worked as Head of IT or IT Manager for small to medium size organizations.
