We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead our CRM/ERP implementation projects and ensure successful delivery across multiple branches.

Responsibilities

Lead the full cycle of CRM/ERP implementation projects (planning, execution, delivery). Translate business needs into system requirements and workflows. Manage vendors, developers, and internal teams to meet project deadlines. Customize CRM/ERP systems and ensure smooth integration with existing processes. Provide training and support for staff on new systems. Monitor system performance and continuously optimize workflows. Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, with proven success in CRM/ERP implementation. Strong knowledge of CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics. Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Third language proficiency is an advantage. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
