Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Pre-Sales Engineer to support our sales team in delivering innovative IT solutions to clients across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in solution design, technical consulting, and client engagement, particularly in the areas of infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored IT solutions.

Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, demos, and proof of concepts (PoCs) to clients.

Analyze customer needs and translate them into technical and business solutions.

Collaborate with vendors and internal technical teams to build and validate solutions.

Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with detailed technical documentation.

Design solution architecture, BoQs, and network diagrams as needed.

Provide input into solution strategy, pricing models, and competitive analysis.

Maintain updated knowledge of products, technologies, and market trends.

Support post-sales transitions and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

3-5 years of UAE experience in a similar presales or solution engineering role in the IT industry.

Strong technical knowledge in one or more of the following:

Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)

Networking and security (firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN)

Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)

Enterprise software (ERP, CRM)

Data center solutions

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

UAE driving license

Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified, etc.) are highly desirable.

Preferred Attributes:

Prior experience working with government or enterprise clients in the UAE.

Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong customer-facing skills with a consultative approach.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
