Job Description

:

We are looking for a technically skilled

Pre-Sales Engineer

with a minimum of

2 years' experience in AV, IT, or ELV systems

. The candidate will support the sales and technical teams by providing pre-sales solutions, preparing documentation, and assisting in tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and vendor lists. Prepare BOQs, proposals, cost sheets, and assist in tender submission. Ensure RFPs are properly evaluated, RFIs raised, and technical queries clarified before proposal submission. Document and demonstrate solutions using methodology, block diagrams, schematics, Interface Control Documents, and review of shop drawings. Conduct detailed site surveys and participate in pre- and post-bid meetings. Prepare material submittals based on proposed solutions and deliver technical presentations. Prepare schematic, layout, and detailed shop drawings using

AutoCAD

. Support the technical team in timely project execution. Handle inside sales, create new leads, and contact potential customers. Possess in-depth knowledge of

Audio-Visual programming

using

Extron & Crestron AV processors

. Experience in AV system installation, programming, troubleshooting, and testing for audio and video equipment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, IT, or related field). Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in AV/IT/ELV pre-sales and solutions. Strong knowledge of AV systems (control, audio, video), programming, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in AutoCAD for schematic, layout, and shop drawings. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
