Job Description
Infirise IT Services, a fast-growing IT solutions provider based in Dubai, is looking for a proactive and technically sound Pre-Sales Engineer (IT) to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for technology, client engagement, and IT sales, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and offer tailored IT solutions.
Conduct product demos and technical presentations to prospective clients.
Assist in client meetings, presentations, and solution walk-throughs.
Collaborate with the support team to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
Stay updated with the latest IT infrastructure trends, software, and cybersecurity best practices.
Technical Skills Required:
Solid knowledge of IT support services (hardware, software, networking, firewalls, cloud, etc.)
Ability to translate technical solutions into business benefits.
Familiarity with IT AMC, managed services, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions is a plus.
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience in the UAE, preferably in Dubai.
Fluency in Malayalam is a must.
Strong communication skills.
