As an

IT - Pre sales Engineer

, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales team by providing technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, present tailored IT software solutions, and demonstrate how our products can solve their business challenges

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and propose effective IT software solutions. Conduct engaging and persuasive product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. Develop and deliver customized presentations, proposals, and proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations. Act as a technical liaison between the sales team, product development, and customers. Provide technical support during the sales cycle, including responding to RFPs, RFIs, and technical queries. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Assist in the development of sales collateral, case studies, and technical documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in a pre-sales or sales support role within the IT software industry. Strong technical knowledge of IT software solutions, including cloud-based platforms, SaaS, and enterprise software. Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling presentations using tools like PowerPoint, Zoom, or Webex. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
