Position Overview
Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced IT Performance Manager to design, implement, and oversee IT performance management frameworks, processes, and governance structures that align with the company's strategic objectives. This role will lead the maturity roadmap for IT performance, monitor KPIs, and drive continual service improvement across IT services. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ITSM tools, KPI management, and process optimization, with professional fluency in both Arabic and English.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement IT performance management programs aligned with business goals.
• Define KPIs, metrics, and benchmarks to measure IT service performance and effectiveness.
• Analyze performance data, identify improvement areas, and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Provide transparent service level performance reporting to senior management.
• Support IT service management vision and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead service level management and IT performance monitoring frameworks.
• Drive continual service improvement culture across the IT organization.
• Coordinate information gathering, data analysis, and timely KPI reporting.
• Conduct training and workshops on IT performance best practices and tools.
• Collaborate with ITSM process owners and technical teams across infrastructure, networking, security, and database functions.
• Manage ITSM process life-cycle activities and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
• Initiate corrective actions and escalations when operational performance issues arise.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in IT performance management or ITSM roles; 10+ years preferred for large-scale environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as Remedy or ServiceNow.
• Proven analytical skills and ability to interpret complex performance data.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
• Experience working with multiple ITSM process owners and technical teams.
• Professional fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
