Position Overview
Dicetek LLC is looking for an experienced IT Governance Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic initiatives under the IT Strategy and Governance roadmap. This role will focus on implementing the Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE), managing ISO certification programs, and ensuring the successful execution of governance enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, proven project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate implementation of the Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) in partnership with IT and vendor teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with defined milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Oversee project governance through regular meetings, risk assessments, issue tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of all project objectives and outputs.
• Manage vendor relationships, contractual obligations, and performance reviews to ensure quality outcomes.
• Drive implementation and maintenance of ISO certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 20000, and ISO 22301.
• Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and progress updates to management and steering committees.
• Identify areas for process improvement, standardization, and optimization across governance and quality functions.
• Support the IT Governance and Strategy division in related strategic and compliance initiatives.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Project Management.
• 5-8 years of IT project management experience, ideally in financial or regulated sectors.
• Proven experience implementing TCoE or testing governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with ISO certification projects, including ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, or ISO 27001.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile preferred.
• Excellent communication, planning, and analytical abilities.
