Position Overview
Dicetek LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Technology Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of digital travel platforms and booking engines. Based in Dubai, this role will bridge business objectives with technology delivery-working closely with developers, partners, and stakeholders to design, implement, and enhance travel technology products. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of OTA (Online Travel Agency) models, travel APIs, and end-to-end product lifecycle management, ensuring scalable and innovative travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers and technology partners to design, build, and enhance booking and travel management systems.
• Gather and translate business requirements from sales, operations, and management teams into actionable product specifications.
• Manage development timelines, testing, and deployment of travel technology platforms.
• Benchmark against leading OTA practices to drive customer experience and conversion improvement.
• Identify, evaluate, and integrate key APIs for airlines, hotels, consolidators, and payment gateways.
• Drive product innovation through new features, tools, and workflow improvements.
• Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) processes and ensure full documentation and smooth rollouts.
• Oversee platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate updates with internal teams.
• Stay current with emerging travel technology trends and digital travel distribution models.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in travel technology or product management within OTA or B2C/B2B travel platforms.
• Strong understanding of GDS, NDC, booking engines, and third-party integrations.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Solid project management, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
