Job Description

Mark Williams is working with a prestigious government entity in Sharjah that is looking for an IT Manager (UAEN) to align technology with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency
Role:
- Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and systems to ensure alignment with business goals
- Manage ERP systems and Microsoft 365 Dynamics for CRM and ERP customization
- Lead the integration of tools like HubSpot, Jira, and Asana for data synchronization
- Implement and optimize automated workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure the functionality, security, and management of the organization's website and domains
- Provide technical support and manage IT projects from planning to execution
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security measures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role
- Expertise in ERP systems, Microsoft 365 Dynamics, and workflow automation
- Strong integration skills with tools like HubSpot, Jira, and Asana
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, security, and change management
