IT Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our IT department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all technology operations, ensuring the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure, and aligning IT strategies with the business goals of the company.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily IT operations and manage the internal IT team and third-party vendors.
• Plan, implement, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure including servers, networks, hardware, and software systems.
• Ensure data security, cybersecurity compliance, and risk management protocols are effectively in place.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage ERP systems, project collaboration platforms, and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360).
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on systems, software, and hardware.
• Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions and upgrades.
• Ensure IT systems and applications are up-to-date and operating efficiently.
• Coordinate with other departments to support project-based IT requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Masters degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) are a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in IT roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Experience in the engineering or construction industry preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of system security, network administration, and data governance.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools, ERP software, and collaboration platforms.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
