• Our client is a well-established Saudi Arabian coffee company with more than 170 stores across KSA.
• Producing and selling a range of coffee products, including American and specialty coffees.
• One of the global top 3 in their specialized industry. Recently won prestigious awards in Franchise Business & Awards Event and won three Global Franchise Awards.
• Established over 30 years ago, with +5000 employees worldwide. Headquartered in Jeddah, but have presence in Riyadh, Makkah, Al Madinah, Dammam.

• After very successful 2024 and new projects, looking for IT Manager to join the team
• Oversee the deployment and administration of Microsoft Dynamics ERP for every department in the company, including sales, finance, supply chain, human resources, etc
• Work together with department leaders to specify ERP needs and create tailored solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate system performance while producing thorough reports for upper management.
• Create and put into effect IT rules and procedures pertaining to data security, integrity, and ERP use.
• Work together with outside consultants and partners to perform complex integrations, modifications, and troubleshooting.
• Confirm compliance to corporate security guidelines and data protection regulations.

Key Candidate Criteria

• 5+ years of experience in IT Management with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or any related field.
• Strong knowledge of ERP modules (finance, operations, supply chain, sales).
• Knowledge of cloud-based ERP solutions and integration with other business systems.
• Experience in the retail, coffee, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Can speak fluent English

• 34K to 37K SAR per month
